The Service Provider agrees to perform building damage reporting services in the insurance industry for the Client, and the Client agrees to engage the Service Provider for such services.
2. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to:
The Client's use of the building damage reporting services provided by the Service Provider.
Any breach of the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement between the Parties.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the building damage reporting services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
